CLAIMS

What is claimed is:

1. A method of stimulating a subterranean formation penetrated by a reservoir, the method comprising: introducing into the reservoir a fluid comprising a biodegradable copolymer having the general formula of repeating units [—CHR—CH2—CO—O—] wherein R represents an alkyl group represented by CnH2n+1, and n is 1 and 3.
